About Stina Brock
Stina Brock is the CEO of Derapi, a SaaS business focused on making it easier to connect to and control distributed energy resources for grid flexibility. Previously, Stina was part of Proterra’s commercial leadership team, leading Proterra\'s cloud-based software-as-a-service business, Valence. Valence created value for customers by providing EV fleet insights, charge management, and grid participation for their electric vehicle fleets. She was formerly head of North America for UK-based Electron, leading new market development and commercial activities in the US & Canada. Earlier, Stina was the Senior Director of Global Energy Solutions and Product Manager at Sunverge, where she led Sunverge’s efforts to improve how distributed resources at the grid edge can provide services and value to utilities and grid operators. Prior to Sunverge, Stina led product marketing activities at Primus Power, an energy storage startup based on advanced flow battery technology, and managed utility demand response operations at EnerNOC. She started her career at Accenture as a consultant in the technology sector. She has an MSEE degree in electrical power engineering from the University of Washington, where she researched advanced controls for distributed and renewable power generation, and AB & BE degrees in engineering and economics from Dartmouth College.
