I leverage my MBA and over 15 years of work experience in customer success, process improvement, and program management to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. I have a track record of delivering successful outcomes for our customers. Previously, I was the Director of Professional Services and Customer Success Management at Classy.org, where I oversaw the implementation, training, and adoption of our online fundraising platform for nonprofit organizations.
