I am an experienced college academic advisor, success coach and career counselor with proven skills working with college students, young professonals and elite athletes from diverse academic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. I understand and have lived the key elements of the student lifecycle – admission, skills assessment, enrollment, financing, academic development, career search and graduation. Additionally, I have devoted much of my Success Coach tenure to helping students and professionals identify their ideal career match through assessment, active listening, networking and actionable accountability. I have provided diverse populations of students and young professionals, including those coping with extenuating circumstances, with academic guidance and advisement, individualized academic success plans, career counseling, financial management strategies, and unwavering, albeit unorthodox, support.
