Sthiti has achieved incredible success in Software License compliance services for a leading technology giant in her capacity as consultant. In the domain of Risk Intelligence, she has a wide range of expertise and knowledge in maximizing cost and revenue; SAM procedures from requirement gathering to SAM implementation; software compliance. She has helped in significant revenue recovery and seal revenue leakage through customer entitlement report analysis and effective license positioning. As a third party contractor, she provides consultations to software renewal representatives; communicates with the stakeholders and provides tailored solutions in a case to case basis. Her performance lead her to scale up the hierarchy in the organization within a very short span of time. She has trained more than 300+ renewal representatives through the Enablement programs across the globe, to better prepare the renewal & sales teams in making the right pitch to the clients, making them aware about the recent software asset management trends and best practices to be followed to win and retain customers. In addition to software compliance, she has also been a part of an internal audit team. Supervised the audit program for a large automotive OEM from India, consisting of over 150 audits annually across the United States. She trained 3 professionals and leads the team.
