I joined the team late in the design and development phase and helped launch the app in the following year. To date, the iOS app has been featured twice on the App Store, has a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and both apps have pulled in just shy of £90m in revenue across iOS and Android. I\'ve worked on multiple parts of the app including Onboarding, Shop and You tabs which includes the Beauty Profile—where users can input all of their personal details about their skin and makeup preferences and get personalised product recommendations—integral parts of the app.

ABOUT MICHAEL STEZYCKI
A details orientated and holistically minded thinker with around 12 years of experience across a broad range of industries and products spanning the web and mobile apps. I’m interested in using design and technology to first understand and then improve people’s lives experientially and generate successful business outcomes as a result.As well as being passionate about design, I also enjoy photography and shoot with a Leica Q2. I have a strong arts and design education with a BTEC National Diploma in Interactive Media and Games Design from Stratford-upon-Avon College. I had intended to take a HND course and top it up to a full degree, but that fell through. The rest, they say, is history.
