As part of the Executive Team for Utah Attorney General Derek Brown, I lead the Criminal Department for the Utah Attorney General’s Office, which includes more than 130 prosecutors, law enforcement agents, and professional staff. The Criminal Department includes: Justice Division, Markets and Financial Fraud Division, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, Investigations Division, and the Children’s Justice Centers. I am the AG Representative on a number of commissions and councils, including: Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ), Sentencing Commission, Governor’s Criminal Justice Task Force, POST Council, Utah Prosecution Council (UPC), and Statewide Association of Prosecutors (SWAP).My comments, posts, reposts, and likes, are my own and not attributable to the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
