I am a global customer success leader and technology policy advocate focused on advancing digital trust, online safety, and responsible innovation.As Head of Global Customer Success at SpyCloud, I lead five specialized teams supporting more than 600 organizations worldwide, including Fortune 10 enterprises, government agencies, financial institutions, ecommerce and media companies, and major digital and streaming platforms. My teams help these organizations prevent fraud, account takeover, and online exploitation such as CSAM, while strengthening user trust and digital resilience across billions of accounts.I bring a unique combination of policy expertise, customer success leadership, and partnership development, working across industries to translate complex technology and regulatory challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.
