Broadband is considered another utility, we all rely on it, and it opens up opportunities to employment, education and social interaction. The world can\'t live with out it and we are providing that great online experience to people living in rural communities. Responsibilities include: Head up the Talent Acquisition function Recruited and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners Responsible for Executive and Senior Leadership Recruitment Leading, Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve strategic Goals & Objectives Introduced Talent Attraction Strategy and clear Talent Channels circa 300 hires in 18 months Reduced Vacancies from 80 to circa 30 on a monthly basis in 2022 Reduced time to hire to an average of 35 days in 2022 Designed and delivered Interview & Selection Leadership Workshops Reduced agency reliance and spend through internal TA model Employee Relations including hearings and manager support HR Projects include Leadership Workshops (Design & Delivery) Inclusion & Wellbeing Strategy Lead Employer Branding PSL Review and Appointment Reward & Recognition Platform/Airshare Airband Academy Salary Benchmarking
