We have accomplished a lot in 8 years. We built a new shop at our Palm Desert campus, we have implemented the GeoTab GPS and Surfsight camera solution. We are currently implementing the Fleetio fleet maintenance platform and working on integrations with our new ERP system. We will utilize this new platform to bring greater data visibility to enhance our preventative maintenance program. We have increased technician engagement and promoted ASE certification resulting in over 50% of our team having an ASE Master Certification. The most important accomplishment is developing all of our employees so they are ready for future opportunities and become the leaders of the future.
