Construction Management as a professional discipline and management system was created to promote the successful execution of projects for owners. I have a continual passion for building and construction throughout my career, along with the innate ability to visualize and/or conceptualize the end product long before it is actually completed. I have been fortunate to work with professional teams and clients over the years making the construction experience a successful one. Through effective leadership, planning, communication, and execution in a truly collaborative environment along with the use of current technologies, success has and will continue to be attained. My goal is to bring these attributes, skills and knowledge of technologies to each and every one of my assignments!

   Currently the Acting Director of Capital Construction for Metra, a commuter rail system in the Chicago metropolitan area involved in a multi-year $1.5 billion capital improvement program. Metra rail system serves the City of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs and operates 242 stations on 11 rail lines. Previously part of the CM @ Risk management team providing Construction Management and related services at the Orlando International Airport - South Terminal Expansion Project. The project includes a new South LandSide Terminal C, Parking Garage, Central Energy Plant and other associated transportation services. Also managed the design, procurement, contract administration and field management phases for a new batting cage facility for the Parks & Recreation Department of Osceola County, FL located at its Archie Gordon Memorial Park.
