Having my on show on Carrickfergus Fm gives me great experience in everything customer focused, granted, Its not face to face but having the interaction via email, telephone, social media and of course over the air builds a massive rapport with my listeners!Some of the other duties include, preparing my show, organizing time slots for advertisements, sweepers, songs, preparing the news at the correct times, weather reading, outdoor broadcasts, prerecording for later in a show or different presenter and editing.
