ABOUT STEWART B.
I am a project planning and reporting specialist with experience of establishing and running project planning and controls offices in both the public and private sector. I have 20 years’ experience in project planning with Primavera from P3e to P6 v20, of which more than 12 years have come in the offshore wind sector. During my time in offshore wind I have worked on all stages of the project lifecycle from conception to development, contracting, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover to Operations and Maintenance. As well as experience directly pIanning within work packages, integrating contractor schedules with our own and managing a multi-contract EPC approach I have also significant experience of managing teams to deliver wider project services and support within a project organisation and delivering strategic planning and analysis at a senior management team level to support key decision making. In 2020 I took a sabbatical from offshore wind to undertake a PGCE and qualify as a primary school teacher, working for two years in schools in my local area.
