About Stevi Pennypacker
Hello! My name is Stevi, and at the heart of what I love is helping people enjoy a better quality of life through functional medicine nutrition care. I’ve helped hundreds of clients make huge strides in their health, many who have been looking for answers for years. My approach is evidence-based and people-centered, utilizing functional labs and research-backed medical nutrition therapy to address imbalances while prioritizing mental health and promoting a peaceful relationship with food. Areas of focus include gut, hormone, and metabolic health. My genuine care for people and personal journey of healing through nutrition and lifestyle change provides a natural way to connect and empathize with clients who are looking to prevent and manage disease in order to enjoy a long, fulfilling life. I completed my M.S. in Clinical Nutrition at Maryland University of Integrative Health and obtained the CNS credential, the most advanced certification in personalized nutrition. Since founding Salt + Light Functional Nutrition in June 2022, I\'ve since been privileged to hundreds of clients find physical and emotional healing. I enjoy partnering with physicians, chiropractors, naturopaths and other nutritionists to support their patients through a collaborative approach. I\'ve consulted with other practices to develop protocols and advise on best practices in the industry. I love incorporating elements from my background in recipe development and fresh food marketing into my private practice through educational and culinary content development.
