Joined the High-Volume Team as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flutter UK & I working across several verticals.Customer Operations-• First point of contact for roughly 40 hiring managers across three teams – 1 in Dublin and 2 in Malta - within Customer Services. • Work closely with hiring managers, resource and demand and training teams to identify required cohort for each induction• Source and select the strongest candidates to action through the Hirevue Assessment Tool• Plan, invite and Host 3 virtual Assessment Centre’s per week with up to 10 attendees for each session• Make all verbal and written offers to successful candidates and ensure Induction deadlines are met each month.Trading-• Running alongside the Customer Service Recruitment, I am first point of contact for all Trading Teams for Dublin based UK & I Recruitment.• Regular intake meetings via Zoom with Hiring Managers to ensure best quality and relevant candidates• Search and selection campaigns via Indeed and Linkedin Recruiter• Advertise all roles on Indeed and External Website. • Schedule interviews and manager HM Diary’s • Handle all candidate offers and start dates, ensuring required documentation is gathered and uploaded to WorkdayPaddypower Retail-• First point of contact for two Districts Manager covering West London and South-West England• Hiring Retail Assistants in our Paddypower stores in a High-Volume capacity, attracting candidates via our External Website and Indeed• Own end to end Recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers/start dates and processing DBS Checks in time for agreed start dates.• Ensuring all candidates complete Hirevue Assessment to ensure high quality candidates are vetted• Ensure all candidates are fed back to in a timely manner• Continuous engagement with team around process improvement and introduction of Assessment Centre’s
