I’m someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together to solve complex problems.In my work at Redfin, I spend a lot of time looking at how systems, tools, and workflows interact — and where they break down. I partner across teams to diagnose those issues, design better solutions, and help translate them into processes and tools that actually make people’s jobs easier.Much of my work sits at the intersection of operations, product, and field teams, which means collaboration and communication are essential. I care deeply about making complex ideas clear, creating alignment across stakeholders, and building solutions that work not just in theory, but in real day-to-day workflows.Just as important to me as the work itself is how we work together. I believe the best ideas come from environments where people feel safe asking questions, challenging assumptions, and learning from each other. I try to foster spaces where teammates feel supported, heard, and encouraged to grow.I’m currently continuing to develop my skills in program management, with a focus on systems thinking and building scalable programs that support both strong team operations and great customer experiences.At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves learning, improving systems, and helping teams do their best work together.
