   Co-founder of Noveltease Theatre, a producing and performing company dedicated to reviving the historical artform of literary burlesque for contemporary audiences.· Curates and produces an annual artistic season of two literary burlesque adaptations, performed in mid-size arts venues (100-150 seats) to well-sold crowds (75%-100% capacity), as well as a quarterly cabaret series, in collaboration with fellow co-Artistic Director.· Drafts, designs, and implements marketing strategy in collaboration with Marketing Coordinator to sustain audience engagement and grow audiences.· Oversees brand management in production of media assets for print and web.· Creates and implements overall brand voice in content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, newsletter)· Writes, edits, and distributes press releases and newsletters to engage with current audience and reach new ones.· Develops and implements fundraising strategy through grants and individual donors.· Creates and implements overall production timelines and budget for artistic season.· Drafts and executes contracts with company members, guest artists, technicians, and outside contractors in service of general operations and specific productions.· Communicates with the Board of Directors on behalf of the organization to ensure transparency and promote the well-being of the organization
