Evelyn Partners are undertaking a number of innovation and digital transformation initiatives, putting human-centred design and agile product development at the heart of their transformation process. As Head of Product I have created a Product Centre of Excellence (CoE) to lead and support our Product Owners, Business Analysts and Service Designers across our technology organisation, ensuring human-centred design is at the core of everything we do.\\\\n\\\\nCreated a Product Playbook, anchored in design thinking and agile methodologies, standardising our approach to solving problems, creating artefacts, engaging with the rest of the organisation to consistently deliver value to our clients and the business.\\\\n\\\\nClearly defined roles and responsibilities with associated training and career pathways for each of our roles.\\\\n\\\\nProvide governance and sign-off on all significant decisions in relation to our approach, structure and practices within the CoE.\\\\n\\\\nDefined the Product CoE roadmap, key objectives specific to our capabilities and our new Product Operating Model.\\\\n\\\\nKey projects:\\\\nNew Evelyn Partners client portal, Bestinvest Service Design, Annual Suitability Review, Consumer Duty, Onboarding North Star.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
