As Managing Partner at Plank, I share the executive leadership responsibilities with the President to ensure that our business thrives. One of my key focuses is on optimizing our team\'s output and timelines, guaranteeing that we consistently deliver high-quality results within expected timeframes. Alongside this, I work closely with our Project Managers to ensure that quality assurance and client satisfaction remain at the core of what we do.My role extends to overseeing all operational aspects of the company. This comprehensive management includes budgeting and salary negotiations, human resources, and hiring strategies, as well as workspace planning and time tracking. I also handle the more technical sides of operations such as legal compliance, security measures, and the technology stack we employ, ensuring that our systems are not just effective but also well-aligned with our team’s needs.Strategically, I offer guidance on the trajectory of the company’s capabilities and focus. I advise on the types of projects Plank is best suited for and identify skills gaps that we need to fill for future growth. Additionally, I manage Plank\'s engagement with government programs, including tax credit applications and other assistance requests, to secure resources that support our ongoing success and innovation. With an eye toward the future, my leadership role ensures that Plank remains agile, competitive, and continually evolving to meet new challenges.
