Designing & implementing the data platform for a major case management system for a government client on Azure with Postgres. • Designed the data architecture for the major geospatial platform for a government client on Azure and undertook ETL design and processing with FME, SQL Server and ArcGIS Pro. • Led a discovery project for a government department - undertook interviews with internal and external stakeholders and wrote the discovery report to be used as a basis for further commissioning. • Designed logical and physical data models for a government critical infrastructure project built on microservice architecture. Tuned database routines for performance. Created Python scripts to generate database structures and data. Created and implemented data migration strategy, including overseeing and testing ETL process development.
