As the project lead, I act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, corporate staff, the regional director, and company owners to take the conceptual vision from dirt to reality, ensuring every detail aligns with the project’s goals and standards. While keeping boots on the ground and eyes on the project, we deliver high-quality, luxury, custom homes.The success of each project is built on a foundation of communication and collaboration. Working with experts in respective trades, I am heavily invested in subcontractor relations, from prospecting, recruiting, scheduling, and fiscal negotiations to dispute resolution. Given purchasing duties—including sourcing, vendor selection, procurement, delivery, inventory management, and installation—I’ve built a vast network and strong rapport with suppliers across Wenatchee Valley and west of the mountains. Being custom builds, I am deeply engaged in client communications and take pride in fostering those relationships; there is a high level of trust invested in me, and I work tirelessly to uphold and strengthen that trust.My experience with project management in the technology sector has brought with it many contributions and improvements to existing processes, tools, systems, and workflows. Using advanced technical skills, I’ve modernized formulas, written macros to upgrade Excel workbooks, adopted new software to improve efficiencies, and created innovative methods for accounting reconciliations. Similarly, I’ve become proficient in SketchUp, transforming ideas into 3D visualizations to effectively convey complex designs to fabricators and stakeholders.
