About Stephen Wickland
Having a father that worked in the real estate and construction professions in Florida, some might say that Steve has real estate and building in his DNA. After relocating to Ann Arbor MI in the mid-1980s, Steve obtained his Residential Builders license and founded and operated a very successful construction company that was involved in the building of many of the premier neighborhoods and luxury homes in and around the Ann Arbor area. In 2004 Steve transitioned into real estate sales and has never looked back. Whether representing clients selling their home or condo, or assisting buyer clients with their new construction purchases, Steve’s clients can rest assured that their best interests are always front and center. Steve’s guiding philosophy from the beginning has been that his clients will be treated like family and to always act as their trusted fiduciary before, during and long after sale has been completed.
