Oversaw the tracking and forecasting of one-time and run-rate separation costs to ensure financial transparency and control.• Serving as Transformation Lead for an insurance client’s migration to a new Oracle Finance Platform, driving end-to-end coordination across stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. Led the buildout of a new chart of accounts, mapped automated source system feeds to Oracle sub-ledger and general ledger, and secured signoff on system integration testing and UAT. Additionally, gathered data requirements and tested sample data to support the rollout of new Policy, Billing, and Claims Centers.
