About Steve Hammond
As the General Manager for our Reciprocating Aftermarket group, my team is responsible for the Operational side of our Aftermarket business. This includes all Pricing, Call Center, Engineering and Project Management, Field Service and Machine Shop, Aftermarket Manufacturing Plants, Inventory Planning and Product Distribution World Wide. We are responsible for the Management, Financial Performance and Execution of the Day to Day Aftermarket activities. In addition to the internal responsibilities that go with managing and growing our Aftermarket business, we are also highly focused on increasing and improving the level of service we provide to the owners and operators of reciprocating compression throughout the world.I bring over 25 years of experience in the Gas Compression industry, covering disciplines from Engineering, Sales and Operations.Specialties: Corporate Account Management, Negotiation of Strategic Partnerships, New Product marketing and release, Review of potential acquisitions, Corporate strategic planning and presentations, Sales Compensation design, Warranty negotiations, Leading various teams including Engineering, Inside and Outside Sales and Operational teams as listed above.
