   Developed and implemented the AI product roadmap, converting strategic objectives into actionable Agents. Provided AI features such as document summarization, document searching, generating FAQs, automated work management tasks, and data gathering for LLM. Collaborated with engineers and UX designers to incorporate Agents into workflows via vector databases (RAG) and low-code programming on top of Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. •Led beta trials, internal hackathons, and focus groups to validate AI use cases, refine the roadmap, and drive adoption and accuracy. Delivered AI product demos to customers and trained solution engineers and sales on demos, solutioning, and product positioning. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into actionable solutions, ensuring AI capabilities align with customer needs and business direction.
