Leading a small team to drive all strategic and operational HR needs.Compliance & Risk - SMF16 - Leading the Governance, Risk and Compliance agenda. Driving all regulatory compliance activity critical to ongoing success of the business, including implementing our Compliance Framework and key change projects such as the FCA Consumer Duty (2022-23) and other associated regulatory related business change and management matters across the Governance, Risk and Compliance agenda. Implemented an Enterprise Risk Management Approach (ERM) to drive ongoing collaboration and drive the risk and compliance culture throughout the business. Relationship management with Industry body, the BVRLA, the FCA and the FOS as well as key partners such as our Funder panel.Providing consultative support to our ‘Appointed Representative’ partners across all aspects of Compliance and operational HR guidance.Overseeing Office Management/Environment/Facilities, including Health & Safety
