I lead my team to develop and improve all aspects of how we work at Hospice UK, bringing together People and Culture (HR, L&D etc.), ICT and Data. My first two years focused on delivering an IT modernisation programme which has given us the tools and skills we need to work well from anywhere and reduced organisational risks. I\'m now leading the team to embed modern ways of working by supporting and enabling all colleagues through learning and organisational development, wellbeing, change management and policy/process improvement.I\'m also helping to shape the future of the hospice sector by showcasing and sharing innovative and transformative technology, data and change initiatives across the whole hospice movement, through our network/community of Hospice Technology Leaders (you don\'t need to be a techy to be a tech leader!).
