After initially working in Insurance, my career has been primarily focused on retail banking. I’ve worked with PwC’s leading clients in the UK and in major financial centers in Europe and the Middle East. Areas of focus have included digital enablement, customer experience organisation and leadership, mortgage lending, distribution, and credit. I spent ten years in our US firm. By the time I left to return to the UK in 2009, I was the US Consumer Banking Leader, focusing on consumer credit, mortgage lending and retail banking. In the UK I have built up our Retail and Commercial Banking Advisory business. I have also held roles as PwC’s UK & EMEA Fintech Leader, and UK & EMEA FS Customer and Digital leader before being appointed as the firm’s first Global Blockchain Leader.
