For 39 years, Steve has transformed Arylessence into a major fragrance and flavor competitor known for creative innovation in leading product categories, including beauty and cosmetics, personal care, laundry and household products, air care, as well as prepared foods, beverages, oral care, lip care, confectionery, and pharmaceutical products. He expanded the company\'s state-of-the-art facility near Atlanta to serve leading marketers in the U.S. and around the world. Today, Arylessence fragrances and flavors are shipped to customers in over 50 countries.
