Utilizing sites like Procore, BuildingConnected & Planhub, I filter out all projects for the company within 2 hours for a union demolition company with up to 75 workers. We do selective demo for colleges, sporting arenas, factories, warehouses, apartments, casinos, government offices, all type of schools, retail shops & malls plus much more. I mark out each blueprint for all the work we do, hand it off to one of the company owners an estimator who prices it and then I write it up as a quote in Quickbooks to send to all the General Contractors bidding these large scale projects. I keep up on addendums & RFI\'s throughout the bidding phases plus keep job photos, quotes, bids and plans for the projects. Additionally, I help with building internal systems to better operate the office and help with payroll duties for some of our team in addition to all incoming e-mail correspondences.
