We provide supreme quality service to internal and external members as defined by our service promises. Engineering and architecture are second to none in providing advanced cutting/leading-edge technologies as we serve our community, state, and country every day. We are an organization that continues to produce innovative computing breakthroughs that are industry firsts in the financial industry. I am fortunate to lead a professional team of some of the brightest and most talented managers, engineers, specialists, programmers, database administrators, coordinators, and analysts in our industry while working with a remarkable executive team, senior management team, board of directors, and committees who are truly focused on doing the right things for the right reasons for our employees and membership. Having previously led two financial institutions, those experiences have allowed for the implementation of highly sought-after advancements in sciences and technologies for Truity Credit Union. The technological advancements we deploy, engineer, and design are separating our credit union from financial institutions across the country in creativity and innovation. We are already witnessing the progress these advancements are generating for our employees and valued membership.
