I drive accelerated business results through aligning people and opportunities, adopting the right technology to achieve scale, and development of forward-thinking product and service strategies. I form the right relationships with people at all levels of the organization, its customers and senior leadership, all built on earned trust, to determine what’s right, what’s wrong, and what’s missing for driving results. My own performance draws from experience leading global teams for large private companies including one that transformed into a public Fortune 200 company during my tenure, and my own entrepreneurial experience launching a business. Most recently I was Chief Business Development Officer of [24]7.ai, a hybrid BPO call center and technology provider including artificial intelligence. My business development role quickly transformed to fill an organizational void leading global service delivery team of our technology platform to improve critical performance criteria which set the stage for the return and retention key clients. And as Taiwan draws attention due to the ramifications surrounding its relationship with China, serving as Chief Operating Officer of DISH HD Asia, a home satellite tv provider, I’ve come to appreciate my accomplishments as Chief Operating Officer of DISH HD Asia, a home satellite tv provider, in delivering high quality tv programming into Taiwanese households, whether it be additional news channels or delivering the NBA games that many Taiwanese are as passionate about as their U.S. counterparts. And I am an entrepreneur. Founding and operating a craft brewery during COVID and mandatory shutdowns was a challenge to no end. You do not know the depth of your personal resourcefulness, perseverance, dedication, passion and drive until faced with this once in a lifetime catastrophic event. Not only did we survive, we grew by sticking to our strategic plan to expand to more than one location, automate our packaging, and add additional product lines, all in the face of an unpredictable economy.
