He is the Founder and CTO of counterTEN, a technology platform redefining fan engagement and loyalty through immersive digital experiences and secure identity solutions.Before launching counterTEN, Steve served as CTO of Hyperluxe Gaming, an esports marketing and tournament platform, and has led High Clarity for over 15 years—a consultancy that helps businesses navigate digital strategy, web development, and emerging technologies. His entrepreneurial ventures also include LeadActivate, a company providing advanced lead response solutions.Steve’s experience spans startups to Fortune 100 enterprises, with past roles that include building Oracle’s cloud commerce platform and contributing to CareInsite, a health-tech venture later acquired by WebMD. Across every stage, he has focused on scaling technology, driving adoption, and fostering long-term growth.He holds a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master\'s Degree in Software Engineering, and a certificate of advanced graduate studies in Business and Management from Harvard University.
