Steve Shpilsky is the founder of Los Angeles Padel Club, the first full-service padel club in Los Angeles, featuring seven courts and a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse. He is helping position LA as a breakout padel market by building a premium, hospitality-driven club designed to elevate the sport and create real community around it.A real estate entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, Steve has raised and invested over $250 million in projects totaling more than $750 million in value, including the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and Hyatt House/Place LAX. He is also co-founder of CaRE, a Los Angeles-based EB-5 regional center with more than 600 investors. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC in San Francisco and Moscow, specializing in financial diligence and regulatory compliance.Steve serves as an Adjunct Professor of Hotel Development in the MRED program at the University of Southern California and holds both a BS in Accounting and an MBA from USC. He combines capital markets expertise, hospitality strategy, and entrepreneurial execution to help accelerate the growth of padel in the United States.
