Drive Shell’s global policy & advocacy across human rights, local content, just transition, environment/ biodiversity, transparency, and climate / carbon. Own Shell’s global climate & energy transition policy positions. Lead Shell engagement with key NGOs and international organisation and shape/support advocacy to national governments. Manage Shell\'s participation at global climate and environment related events (e.g. COP29). Deliver external insights, policy expertise and positioning for Shell’s strategy, supply chain requirements, investor relations and to enable low carbon investments. Operate at EC-2 level, leading global teams of c.15 experts, regularly brief senior leaders and participate on senior Shell and external industry bodies (e.g. OGCI ExCom).
