About Steve Roth
Chapter One - I began my career working all around Hollywood in a variety of positions, but my passion was television and film writing. I found success freelance writing for network, cable and syndicated comedy programming and worked with some of the biggest names and companies in Hollywood. Chapter Two - I discovered my skills with regards to building relationships, and securing revenue, from brands in the advertising world. I spent a number of years working with three Los Angeles and San Diego area ad agencies heading new business development.Chapter Three - Looking to expand my work beyond ad agency world, I ventured into the Fitness and Wellness space, leveraging my business development and creative skills to drive event sponsorship and advertising sales for an established Fitness Trade Association that went through three acquisitions. It was a challenging ride but I came out on top.Chapter Four - Career life comes full circle. In addition to occasional sales consulting, I am back to full time screenwriting. While my work in advertising and brand work was fulfilling and rewarding, nothing replaces doing what you love an following your passion.
