I am a business-oriented, corporate transactional and workout attorney with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions to complex legal issues through multiple economic cycles, successfully completing large-scale projects that cross multiple functions and business lines, and managing knowledge to enable identification and communication of trends and creation of form legal documents. My career as a corporate transactional attorney spans several specialty areas including leveraged and asset-based lending, commercial finance, workouts/restructurings and bankruptcy, LIBOR replacement, knowledge management, capital markets, private equity, structured transactions, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory reporting & compliance, and litigation management. In these areas, I have managed teams and directly participated in a wide range of corporate and contractual matters, managed outside counsel, and counseled senior management on a broad array of issues.
