FRS consultant for key clients wishing to fill vacancies with ex-military candidates. My role is to act as the conduit between the client and high calibre candidates to ensure that the best person is matched to the role. With a database of over ex-military people my key tasks are as follows: • Write a compelling job description with the client. • Decide on the most appropriate advertising and candidate search criteria. • Review and evaluate candidates. • Carry out phone-based interviews of shortlisted candidates. • Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews as instructed by the client. • Conduct preparation interview with candidates prior to client interview. • Debrief candidates and the client following interview. • Support candidates and clients through the offer and acceptance stage. • To be the prime contact for the client for all future needs.
