   CS Vizion takes the pain out of using VoIP services for SMB users. SMB users typically do not have the technical knowledge to deal with both their Internet Provider and their Voice Provider when problems arise. We provide 24/7 complete monitoring of circuits (latency, jitter, packet loss, etc) so we know when VoIP service will degrade, prior to an outage. Then we proactively contact both the Internet Provider and Phone Service provider on our customers behalf and handle all of their service issues for them. With the upcoming deadline that forces all users to adopt VoIP services, CS Vizion provides the technical expertise and action that typical SMB users need in order to protect themselves from the \"dueling provider\" finger pointing game that costs so much time and frustration.
