The quality of our irresistible products comes from more than 100 years of experience and craftsmanship in the ART OF PRETZEL MAKING!As a Talent Lead, I\'ll be responsible for overseeing the entire process of attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent for the organization-Managed the full recruitment lifecycle of ~260 new teammates in 2025, from job posting to offer acceptance-Collaborated with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, created job descriptions and set priorities-Utilized a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals-Conducted candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews-Member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with responsibilities to support company initiatives and bring a lens of talent to the conversation- Orchestrated a new orientation experience for new hires by working with leadership to stand up the first in-person experience with an overall rating of 4.79 out of 5.0 from participants.
