   In my role at Auto Plus, I have complete P&L, Balance Sheet, financial accountability, budget creation, accounting, and controlling responsibilities over 8 Distribution Center territories across a 14-state footprint, over distribution points, 200 million in trade and 300 team members: HR, operations, customer experience, and safety/asset protection management. Designed / applied operational strategies and set operational goals / objectives utilizing extensive data and market analysis. Implemented effective processes to increase organizational efficiency, employed strategic program development and improvements to drive profitability.
