The spinoff of Western Union was announced on January 26, 2006 and was successfully completed on September 29, 2006.• Achieved goal of a $5.0 million annual bank fee savings in 2011 that accounted for more than a 10% annual savings.• Successful amalgamation of four acquisitions that totaled more than $1.5 billion. • Successful set-up and integration of several banking systems. • Led a Caribbean banking initiative that allowed Western Union to form new partnerships that resulted in revenue generation. • Adhered to the Dodd-Frank protocols, all ISDA negotiations and foreign exchange counterparty relationships.• Developed and implemented written departmental policies and procedures
