I currently lead three teams responsible for customer relationship management, market access and client onboarding for our electronic trading platforms. The members of my Account Management team provide sales support for our listed derivatives and OTC business lines as well as day to day management of the customers\' technology relationship with the exchange. My Globex Services team works with third party telecom providers and internal teams to provision and maintain customer network connectivity and execute global network infrastructure projects. My Client Support Services team works to fulfill market access administration requests and support other client service offerings.
