About Steve Pellegrom
At Blue Chip Talent, I am currently the Director of our Professional Services Division which I launched in September of 2019. My previous 6 years at Blue Chip Talent were helping clients with staffing critical roles in their IT teams.I have personally helped clients fill just over 500 key roles through Direct, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire opportunities in IT, Accounting, Finance, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales.Internally, I have helped Blue Chip Talent grow in revenue by over 550% in compound growth since I joined in January 2014. That allowed us to grow our internal staff from 8 people then to 45 today.Along with leading our Professional Services Division;• I maintain a large book of clients and have helped dozens more over the last decade, all while guiding my team of Salespeople and Recruiters to surpass their own goals• Achieved well over $50 million in Sales Revenue with my 10+ years at Blue Chip Talent• Sit on our Executive Board, where I help shape the direction of Blue Chip Talent from an enterprise and more strategic perspective• Consistently qualified for our annual Achiever’s Trip, reserved to recognize the company’s top individual performers• I was the founding member of our Million Dollar Club, becoming the first person to achieve this milestone at our companyI have always been able to find the right mix that ensures success for my clients, our candidates, my teammates, and Blue Chip Talent. I attribute that to some of these traits that speak to me; loyalty, teamwork, and finding fun in any task. • Loyalty - My mom worked for the same family company for 46 years, my dad worked for Ford for 36 years and I have spent most of my professional career between 2 companies where I had 7 promotions in 18 years at the first and have now spent 10+ years with Blue Chip Talent. • Teamwork - I’m a big fan of team sports and I really enjoy seeing all of the parts work together to win championships. • Fun - I have always had a desire to build friendships, relationships, and championship teams in the workplace and on the youth football field. I try to improve daily in my profession. I’m certainly not perfect but what you will get from me is honesty, genuine interest, and a desire to help you solve your company issues/goals/problems through staffing solutions.
