Beginning in January 2025, my focus shifted from full-time work to working on things that make me happy and fulfilled. These include bicycling and bicycle instruction, piano tuning, Dance for Parkinson\'s Disease and sustainability-related efforts. Here\'s my previous bio:Highly experienced and knowledgeable Sustainability Executive with backgrounds in sustainability, corporate responsibility, climate change, energy efficiency, transportation, behavior change and green buildings across multiple sectors: private, start-ups, federal & local government and not-for-profit. Seeker of creative market transformation solutions. Generator and lover of creative ideas.Passionate and collaborative leader who brings success and has fun along the the World Bank, our team manages the Corporate Responsibility Program across the entirety of The World Bank\'s global footprint and internal corporate performance, including GHGs, water, energy, transportation, supply chain, reporting, have experience in climate change, energy efficiency and transportation markets & marketing programs in both the private sector and at EPA, including leadership of teams that have created, developed and implemented highly successful market transformation & communication programs. Key among these were the ENERGY STAR programs. I created, developed, implemented and led the innovative, EPA/business partnership—Best Workplaces for Commuters(SM) at EPA, providing significant value to the transportation-demand-management industry across the country.I have significant ongoing experience partnering, interacting and collaborating with stakeholders in government agencies, NGOs, and private sector companies on issues related to: climate change strategy, carbon markets, transportation, energy efficiency, environmental marketing & messaging, public-private partnerships and more.I am an effective and professional presenter and speaker, presenting keynote addresses to large groups, leading intimate conversations with small groups and everything in between.I am a trained jazz & classical musician, and have enjoyed playing with various groups over the years. I also love riding my bike, both by myself and with my friends. It makes me healthier, happier and richer.
