I am currently the Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the County of Los Angeles overseeing 50 professionals in the fields of Risk Management, Disability Management, Occupational Health and Psychological Services. These professionals oversee a $3 billion Workers\' Compensation program and $120 million of annual tort liability for a $44 billion public entity with over employees. Prior to the County of Los Angeles I was the Director for the County of San Bernardino and established and directed all Risk operations and policies for 21 years. I hold the Certified Safety Professional designation, an Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities and a Self-Insured Administrator certificate.
