We co-founded a packaging studio and built it from scratch. We put suppliers, pricing, workflows, brand and website in place while handling artwork and production as we shaped the offer. I look after the website and SEO, marketing and sales, and the artwork and production. Over time we systemised the repeat work, templated common formats and cut the admin, so jobs move cleanly without constant oversight. The studio now runs lean by design and we keep it intentionally small and efficient, which gives both of us room to take on roles or contracts alongside it.
