With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, I am a supply chain leader who excels at managing complex and diverse product portfolios, delivering cost savings and quality improvement, executing supply agreements and tech transfers, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication. I hold a BS in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.I am the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at RedHill Biopharma Ltd, a start-up company focused on developing, acquiring, in-licensing, and launching commercial-stage drugs within the specialty and gastrointestinal disease spaces. In this role, I am responsible for all commercial supply chain activities in the United States, including supplier qualifications, DSCSA compliance, 3PL rollout, and commercial manufacturing management. I also led the supply chain and commercial manufacturing due diligence activities for acquiring new products, such as Movantik, which involved negotiating and executing supply, license, and tech transfer agreements and developing the overall strategic plan. My mission is to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products to meet the needs of patients and customers.

   RedHill is an emerging pharmaceutical company focused on developing, acquiring, in-licensing, and launching commercial stage drugs within the specialty/gastrointestinal disease space. I lead and facilitated the launch of Talicia encapsulated Minitabs, in-licensed and re-launched Aemcolo solid oral dosage tablets, and acquired Movantik during my tenure.Directed the successful launch of Talicia and was accountable for all commercial supply chain activities in the United States inclusive of supplier selection, qualification, and supply agreement executions as well as DSCSA compliance, 3PL rollout, and commercial manufacturing management.Spearheaded the supply chain and commercial manufacturing due diligence activities in acquiring Movantik, which included the negotiation and execution of supply, license, and tech transfer agreements along with the overall strategic plan to successfully onboard Movantik with RedHill livery, subsequent formulation and packaging tech transfers, supplier selections and supply agreement executions and ultimately, a multi-phased approach to securing a complex virtual supply chain under cost control and proper life cycle management.Advanced the launch of Aemcolo in the United States under a commercial in-license platform with a strategic partner in the EU. This included the successful management and implementation of a commercial supply agreement, all commercial manufacturing activities, DSCSA compliance, child resistance testing, and the re-launch of Aemcolo under RedHill livery in the United States.
