I am a strategic problem solver formally educated in Civil Engineering. My spirit for competition and learning is ingrained in my passion for engineering. I can organize teams from different backgrounds to accomplish a common goal for the clients and company I work for.I find value in the work I do because I am responsible for consistently delivering high quality, large scale infrastructure projects on time and under budget. The projects I have worked on will remain in the public eye for decades into the future. For this reason, I conduct myself with the understanding that my work will have a lasting impact on future generations.I believe in building teams that understand the importance of selfless communication of ideas and lessons learned. Mentoring and teaching direct reports, superiors, and cross-functional partners has become integral to who I am. I have focused my career on breaking down the details of industry concepts to confirm my understanding of each component. With that understanding I am able to: 1.
