A seasoned entrepreneur, Steven started Arc Reaction in 2017 to facilitate his passion for innovation at the intersection of technology, communications and government. Steven is a co-founder of Critical Infrastructure Partners (CIP). CIP directly invests in America’s rapidly growing fiber infrastructure, providing capital along with development expertise. Steven’s role with CIP is to serve as a conduit between private companies, city governments and investors to maximize opportunity in fiber development projects along with smart city deployment. Prior to CIP, Steven was the initial seed investor for Consciously - co-founding an innovation that allows consumers to shop with their values and change the way companies do business. Consciously shares information on company policies and practices while they are shopping on-line and recommends products that better align with their values. Previously, Steven was a partner at The Strategy Group - pioneering cutting-edge communication and analytic strategies for Fortune 100 companies like Wal-Mart and Anadarko, along with state and national political campaigns such as Obama 2008. During his time at The Strategy Group, Steven co-founded 2 ad-tech companies specializing in in digital advertising and media analytics. Keeping his toes in advertising, Steven currently serves as a political advisor to Undertone - one of America’s leading ad-tech companies that specializes in high-impact creative formats for connected television along with advanced AI-driven targeting techniques.
