About Steven E. Snair
As a leading member of Bartlett LLP\'s healthcare liability, general liability, mass torts, excess monitoring and appellate practice groups, my work continues to impact the defense of the firm’s most high-profile matters. This involves, among many other things, the development of case-specific resolution strategies that enhance client outcomes, drafting and arguing appeals and complex motions, and mentoring the next generation of skilled litigators. Before joining Bartlett LLP, I was an integral part of a boutique appellate law firm\'s highly-specialized practice group that focused on mitigating economic damages in catastrophic injury cases.Prior to that unique role, I was an associate of a highly-regarded, traditional defense firm, where I successfully defended the interests of insurers, businesses, hospitals, and physicians.Following law school and admission to the New York State Bar in 2011, I mainly represented real estate owners in litigation in which their title or possession was at stake. During that stage, I was also a prosecutor, as well as a candidate for local elected office. I am admitted to practice law in all New York State courts, as well as SDNY, EDNY, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
